Policy on Breakages, Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We trust that you relish every sip of Alp Drops However, if your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we are more than willing to help and address any concerns you may have.
Cancellations:
Cancellation will be processed only upon receiving an email request from you within one hour of order placement or before the order is dispatched. Please note that pre-paid orders are not refundable upon cancellation. If you intend to modify or cancel a pre-paid order, a credit voucher/coupon equivalent to the order amount will be issued, which can be utilized for future orders.
Returns (When Applicable)
Returns are accepted solely under the following conditions:
- In the rare event that you receive a product different from your order, please inform us via email within 24 hours. This allows us to initiate the return process. (To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received.)
- If the product arrives damaged, please contact us via email within 24 hours, including photo proof for a smoother return process.
Refunds (When Applicable)
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email notification acknowledging the receipt of your returned item. If deemed eligible for a refund and approved, the refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 15 days.
Delayed or Absent Refunds (When Applicable)

- Next, reach out to your credit card company. It may take a while before your refund is officially reflected. Refund processing often involves a certain period before it is posted.

Items on Sale or Discount (When Applicable)
Refunds are applicable only to regular-priced items. Unfortunately, items purchased on sale or at a discounted price cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
